摘　　要： 姚苎田《史记菁华录》的学术价值,首先表现在对《史记》选录上紧扣住了司马迁"爱奇"的审美倾向,体现了中国古代的"奇"文观念。其评点以文本鉴赏为基础,在中国古代文学理论的归纳和演绎两个环节中都起着桥梁作用,颇多精妙见解,对认识古代文学理论和文学观念有着重要的意义。姚苎田从"文史之辨"的角度入手,对司马迁写作过程中对史料的主观裁夺和虚构的运用进行了详尽的辨析,达到了对《史记》文学性的发明。 The academic value of Extract to Historical Records, written by Yao Zhutian, presumes on his selection. It not only suits for Sima Qian＇ s preference to curiousness, but also embodies the concept of Fantasy in ancient China. Based on the appreciation of texts, Yao＇s review plays the key role in the summarization and interpretation of classic Chinese literature theory, it contains lots of brilliant opinions, which is very significant for studying the literature theories and literature tastes in ancient China. From the view of the distinct between literature and history, Yao made a detailed discrimination about Sima Qian ＇ s tailoring of materials and application of fictions. For doing that, the literary quality in Historical Records has been excavated.
