摘　　要： 综述了β-葡聚糖的来源和结构特性,并讨论其在晒伤修复、抗衰老和保湿性方面的显著作用,及其在个人护理品中应用的配方,同时展望了其在日化市场的应用前景。 The β-glucan is a natural active ingredient with multi-functions anti-aging performance. The β-glucan used in personal care has many functions, such as protecting the skin from ultraviolet damage, accelerating wound healing, anti-aging and excellent moisturizing. The paper presented the source, chemical structure and property of β-glucan. And domestrated its excellent performance in sunburn repairing, anti-aging and long-time hydrating, as well as application in personal care. The development of β-glucan in cosmetics was also prospected.
