摘　　要： 通过太钢450m2烧结机热负荷试生产实践,总结了大型烧结机开机投产的生产管理、技术管理、工艺优化的实践经验,并着重介绍了太钢热负荷试生产的生产准备思路、操作调整过程、系统优化内容。 Through the load trial operation practice of start up for big size sinter machine were summirized. It 450 m^2 sinter machine, some works of the contains the management of both production organization and process technology, the practice experiences of the process optimization. The means of production preparation, the way of system operation and the system optimization of load trial operation at TISCO were analyzed emphatically.
