摘 要: 针对机电设备尤其旋转机械状态监测与故障诊断的需要,设计了一种基于研华四通道高速同步数据采集卡PCI-1714UL、单片机与CPLD技术的数据采集装置,该装置主要由通道扩展与信号控制板、一系列传感器适配与信号调理电路组成,能提供48路通道,可以对多通道噪声、振动与其它传感信号进行联合采集。同时,该装置具有较高的采样速率、良好的可靠性、通用性和可扩展性。 A kind of multi-channels' data acquisition device used to state monitoring and diagnosis for electmmechanical equipment and rotary was developed. This device bases on data acquisition card PCI - 1714UL, chip microcomputer and CPLD technology, and is mainly composed by channel expanding and signal control card, a series of circuit for sensor adapting and signal pretreatment. It has 48 channels, and can be used to collect multi-channels' data including noise, vibration and other more kinds of signals simultaneously. This device also has high data acquisition speed and reliability, as well as good commonality and extensibility.
