摘 要: 根据某型机载搜救设备总体性能调试仪的性能要求,按照信号采集与控制、数据分析与处理、测试结果输出及显示的基本结构模型,基于PCI总线和GPIB总线的虚拟仪器技术构建机电一体化测试系统.并具体介绍和分析了有关的设计方案、硬件构成和软件设计.实际运行结果表明,搜救设备总调仪工作稳定可靠,可以简化仪器仪表,缩短测量时间,提高测试效率. Consisted with the test standards of the integrated performance measurement system used for the airborne optoelectronic scout and rescue unit ,the main structure, hardware solution and software scheme of the system,based on the PCI- bus and GPIB- bus based virtual instruments technology,are proposed and discussed. The actual run results indicated that, the system could reduce the test instruments, simplify the measuring instrument appliance, and obtain more efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
