摘 要: 报道了微量杀虫单(SCD)[(CH3)2N+HCH(CH2S2O-3)CH2S2O3Na·H2O]的荧光光度测定方法,方法是基于在pH6~7的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中钙黄绿素有荧光,Pd2+与其反应使其荧光消失。由于杀虫单与Pd2+形成的配合物比钙黄绿素-钯配合物更稳定,杀虫单与钙黄绿素-钯反应使钙黄绿素游离重显荧光。以494和514nm为激发波长和发射波长,其线性范围为2×10-7~3×10-6mol/L,检出极限为6×10-8mol/L。 A fluorometric determination of trace Shachongdan (SCD) [(CH 3) 2N+HCH(CH 2S 2O - 3)CH 2S 2O 3Na·H 2O] is described.The method is based on the calcein display fluorescence in pH6—7 phosphate buffer solution,it react with Pd 2+ to the fluorescence disappeared.The complex of SCD Pd 2+ is more stability than the complex of calcein Pd 2+ ,when SCD react with calcein Pd 2+ ,the calcein can be freed and its fluorescence appears once again.The fluorescence excitation and emission wavelenghts are 494 and 514nm.The linear range is 2×10 -7 mol/L—3×10 -6 mol/L and the detection limit is 6×10 -8 mol/L.
