摘 要: 针对传统的楼宇自动蓄水系统缺乏人机交互性和对需水量准确定量测量的缺点,提出以ATmega8单片机为核心的智能化楼宇自动蓄水控制系统。系统利用改进后的洗衣机用谐振式液位传感器进行楼宇蓄水池液位检测,通过传感器结构改进使测量范围增加了600mm,运用合理的安装方法有效地避免了液位大幅度抖动而导致传感器的损坏。试验结果表明,传感器系统量程符合要求,液位高度与传感器输出信号频率的相关系数R2为0.989,此系统能满足日常楼宇蓄水的要求。 An intelligent water cumulation control system for high buildings based on the MCU ATmega8 was brought forward in this paper by analyzing the disadvantages of traditional water cumulation system which lacked in alternating operation and exact description of amount of water. An improved water level sensor for washing machine was used in this system. Some improvement to the sensor inside structure had been taken out so that the measuring scale increased 600mm. By rational installation,the risk that severe water shaking may cause damages to the sensor was efficiently avoided. Results showed that scale of the sensor fulfilled requirements and the R square (R2) between liquid level and sensor output frequency was 0.989,and the demands of ordinary sluice were meet by this system.
