摘 要: 本文从磨损机理角度,分析验证了循环流化床锅炉运行中省煤器严重磨损部位,即灰粒与管束碰撞点和管束水平夹角约38°;基于受热面磨损量关系式,理论分析了烟气对受热面磨损的主要影响因素,其中烟气流速是决定因素,并提出了有效防磨措施;最后,对阜新煤矸石热电厂3#流化床炉省煤器变形损坏进行分析研究,经改造采用鳍片管省煤器,同时在受热面磨损严重处加装防磨设施,较好地解决了省煤器严重的磨损问题,提高了锅炉连续使用时间和使用寿命,经济效益明显。 From the viewpoint of abrasion mechanism,the main abrasion position in the economizer was analyzed and verified when the Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB) boilers is in operation,that is,the horizontal axial angle related the serious fly-ash wear point approximately is 38°.Based on the analysis of the heating surface abrasion correlation,the main factors which result in the economizer abrasion of the CFB boiler were analyzed theoretically,the key factor is fly-ash flow rate and the effective counter-measures were proposed.Finally,by investigating No.3 CFB boiler in Fuxin thermal power plant,a finned tube economizer was replaced,with other antiwear equipments in serious abrasion surface,the boiler abrasion problem has been solved.
