摘 要: 在采用线结构光投影的三维测量中,快速准确地提取图像中光带中心的位置坐标是线结构光测量系统的关键问题之一。基于此,提出了一种把可变方向模板和灰度重心法相结合,并充分发挥两者优点的方法。首先计算出图像的域值,然后对图像进行二值化,细化,剪枝,得到线结构光图像的骨架,然后再利用可变方向模板判断骨架上每一点的法线方向,最后根据灰度重心法求出线结构光条纹的中心。实验结果表明该方法可以快速有效地获取光条纹中心,有利于提高三维重建的速度。 Fast and accurately extracting the centre line of light stripe of image is one of the most important problems of 3D measurement based on line-structure light. A new centre-extracted method that combined the alterable direction template with barycenter method was proposed for the implementation of real-time image processing. First, the threshold of laser stripe was computed by the host computer and laser stripe was determined in real time by the neighbor attribute of grey level of pixel. Second, the sketch was obtained by thinning the light of stripe and pruning the branch. Third, the normal direction of the point on the sketch line was computed by using the alterable direction template. Finally, the centre-line of light was detected by using barycenter method. It has been proved by examination that this method can efficiently extracted the centre-line of light stripe.
