摘　　要： 儒家之道本质上是治国之道、管理之道。儒家管理智慧的基本精神是:以人为本,以德为先,以义为重,以和为贵,以中为用。本文从"为政以德"的管理方式"、修己安人"的领导方式、"义利合一"的经营方式等三个方面揭示了儒家管理智慧主要内容,突出了儒家管理智慧对于当代管理活动的独特的人文价值。 The ＂Tao＂of Confucian is essentially the way of governance or management, he basic faith of Confucian Wisdom of Management exsts in some behavior rules, which present to as follows： the essential status of human （Ren,人, ）, the priority of morality（De, 德 ）, the importance of justice（Yi, 义. ）, the value of harmony （He,和 ）and the utility of mean（Zhong,中 ）. The author discusses the central conent of Confucian Wisdom of Management in three aspects：1）the managerial methods in ＂taking advantage of morality in governance＂,2）the leadership style in ＂culturing oneself and stabilizing others＂, and 3） the exercising way of ＂combing justice and benefit＂, which manifest the unique humanism value value of Confucian Wisdo of Management in the process of modem mangerial activities.
