摘　　要： 扶助少数民族贫困户脱贫是民族地区地方政府的艰巨任务。国家出台了一系列扶持政策,加快民族地区的经济社会发展,改变贫困落后面貌。经20多年的扶贫实践,人们认识到人力资源开发是少数民族脱贫的根本途径。少数民族地区的职业技能培训,必须加大投入,整合教育资源,加强培训基地建设,建立人力资源供需网络;必须得到政府的高度重视,社会各界的扶持和帮助。 It is a hard task to the local government in the minority areas to help the poor families of minority shake off the poverty. The government has made a series of policies to support and develop the economy in the minority areas and change the poor and draggling condition. After the practice more than twenty years by supporting with hand, we have been cognizant of that it is a fundamental approach to open out manpower resource so as to shake off the poverty in the minority areas. The vocational skill training in the minority areas need increase devotion, reform educational resources, strengthen training bases, set up the requiring net about manpower resource and mast get the governmental recognition greatly and help from all social circles.
