摘　　要： 牧草的压缩特性对草捆或草块等牧草压缩产品的成型质量、压缩生产工艺及压缩设备工作性能等均有重要影响。通过对牧草进行压缩试验,研究了不同喂入量(初始密度)和不同压缩速度对牧草可压缩性的影响,并给出牧草体积模量与压缩密度之间的关系曲线。研究结果表明:牧草的可压缩性随压缩过程中牧草的密度(即压缩密度)的增加而下降;喂入量(初始密度)越大,牧草的可压缩性越小。 The compressing properties of hay have great effect on the quality and the processing of hay compressing products, such as hay blocks, bundles of hay, and so on, and effect on the working performance of compressing equipments. In this paper, the compressibility of hay was studied through compressing experiments under different initial densities with different compressing velocities. And the relationship between bulk modulus of hay and compressing density was shown by curve. The results showed that the compressibility of hay has reduced with the increase of compressing density, and the hay is relatively easy to compress under high compressing velocity, but when the initial density is increased the compressibility of hay is reduced.
