摘　　要： 和谐校园是和谐社会的重要组成部分,构建和谐校园具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。大力构建和谐校园,促进高等教育的改革与发展。坚持党委领导下的校长负责制,党政配合,和谐共事;坚持依法治校和以德治校相补充,和谐共治;学校教育与地方经济社会发展相适应,和谐共进。 Harmonious campus is the main part of harmonious society, so the construction of harmonious campus is of great theoretical and realistic significance, i.e. to construct harmonious campus vigorously in order to boost the reform and development of higher education. We should stick the principle of the principal accountability under the leadership of the Party committee with the cooperation of Party and administration to work together harmoniously, the complementation of the virtue and the nomocracy to manage school harmoniously, the adaptation of school education and local development to advance harmoniously.
