摘 要: 用二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P204)作萃取剂,研究了几种萃取因素对Mn(Ⅲ)萃取率的影响。结果表明,在较低温度下,以较高的萃取剂浓度,从含有醋酸的硫酸溶液中,能接近完全萃取Mn(Ⅲ)。室温下,用1mol/LP204的正庚烷溶液对002mol/LMn(Ⅲ)+45mol/LHAC+8mol/LH2SO4溶液进行等体积萃取,萃取率超过90%。红外光谱证实,Mn(Ⅲ)是通过P204与Mn(Ⅲ)的醋酸配体配位而被萃取的。 Effect of several factors in the extraction of Mn(Ⅲ) using bis-(2-ethyl hexyl) hydrogen phosphate (P 204 ) as an extractant on the extraction efficiency of Mn(Ⅲ) is studied. Results show that Mn(Ⅲ) in sulphuric acid solution containing acetate acid can be extracted almost completely by n-hephane solution of P 204 . The extraction efficiency of Mn(Ⅲ) is over 90%, when extraction is carried out in 0 02 mol/L Mn(Ⅲ)+4 5 mol/L HAC+8 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution by 1 mol/L P 204 n-hephane solution. It is confirmed by IR spectroscopies that Mn(Ⅲ) is extracted in the form of acetate coordination compound.
