叶片弯曲对微型轴流风扇气动性能影响的数值研究

摘  要: 将弯叶片技术运用于微型轴流风扇,并通过CFD数值模拟的手段研究了各种形式的弯叶片的气动特点。研究结果表明,微型风扇中弯叶片的作用主要体现在小流量工况:叶片适当地前弯能有效地抑制叶顶分离涡的形成,这有助于延缓"失速"的产生、降低能量损耗、扩大风扇的稳定工作范围;叶片后弯易加剧叶顶分离涡的强度,这直接恶化了微型风扇的气动性能。随着工况流量的增加,前弯叶片能在风压、效率基本不变的基础上,其叶顶附近气流的能量损耗均明显低于对应的直叶片与后弯叶片。因此,在微型风扇中采用前弯叶片是具有一定优势的。 Bowed blade technique is applied to micro axial fans and the numerical investigation is implemented on its aerodynamic performance of the different types of bowed blades. Results show the positive function of the bowed blade on micro fans is mainly embodied at small flow operating condition: the forward bowed blade can effectively restrain the generation of the separating vortex, which contributes to the decrease of the energy loss and enlarge the stable operating range for the micro fans while the backward blade may intensify the separating vortex and deteriorate the performance of the micro fans. With increasing the flow condition, compared with straight and backward blade, the forward bowed blade can obviously decrease the energy loss in the vicinity of the blade top while its pressure and efficiency can keep almost constant, which validates the use of forward bowed blade has obvious advantage in micro axial fan.
