摘 要: 利用溶胶-凝胶法在纤维表面制备SiO2涂层,改善莫来石纤维(MF)与Al2O3基体的结合性能,通过扫描电镜观察分析研究了不同pH值、不同水硅比下制备的硅溶胶在纤维上的涂敷效果。通过三点弯曲实验等手段研究了纤维表面涂层对复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当pH值在1~2之间,水硅比r=1时,SiO2溶胶的涂敷效果最理想,复合材料抗弯曲强度达到419.67 MPa;相对密度94.15%。 The coating material is SiO2 which is prepared by Sol-Gel to improve the bonding performance between MF fiber and matrix. The coating effect of silica gel onto fiber is studied, at different pH values and different r (ratio of water to TEOS). The effect of fiber coating on mechanical property of composite is discussed by three-point bending experiment etc. The test results indicate that the optimal coating effect can be obtained when pH=l-2, r =1, flexural strength of composite is 419.67 MPa, relative density is 94.15 %.
