摘　　要： 传统的多媒体闭路教学系统传输的是模拟信号，需要铺设专门的线路，投资高，并且容易出故障。IP摄像机是一种新兴的网络视频设备，可以在互联网及局域网上作即时视讯或连续传输，现在已经广泛应用于安防行业。本文是讨论怎样把它应用于教育，结合VOD系统，方便快捷地构建数字化多媒体教学系统。 Traditional closed-circuit television system used analog signals, they are transmitted by special circuitry, with high investment and easy to malfunctions. IP camera is a new device of web video, it can be used to instantaneous video and continuous output in Internet and LAN, which has been fully used in secure industry. This topic discusses how to use the IP camera in education area and integrate VOD system to construct digital multimedia instructional system.
