摘　　要： 高校学籍档案采用的传统工作手段、管理方式与方法,已不能适应信息化时代的要求。目前急需优化高校学籍档案管理,逐步实现学籍档案管理的科学化、规范化,使学籍档案这一信息资源在教学管理和社会生活中发挥应有的作用。 As the social communication gradually develops, traditional methods of managing university student files can no longer meet the needs of the current information era. It is therefore highly necessary to optimize the management of student files so as to standardize and rationalize the management and to bring about a more positive role in teaching administration and society.
