摘　　要： 针对漳泽发电分公司4台苏制670 t/h锅炉存在的再热器调节受热面频繁爆管,联箱变形泄漏,再热器事故喷水量大等问题,进行了全面的试验分析,通过优化运行及设备改进等措施,使上述问题得到有效的控制,并创造性地提出利用高低温再热器的吸热温升偏差作为运行控制的关键参数,以确保锅炉稳定、安全、经济运行。 Several problems of the four 670 t/h boilers in Shanxi Zhangze Generation Company are analyzed, such as the regular tube-burst of regulating heat surface of reheat superheater, header leakage and huge waterjet of reheat superheater emergency. Some suggestions on the optimal operation and equipment improvement are proposed for the control of these problems. To use the specific characteristics of high temperature superheater and low temperature superheater as important parameter in operation control improves the safety, stability and economy of operation.
