摘　　要： 社会阶层结构对社会的良性运行至关重要。和谐的社会阶层结构应该是两头小、中间大的"橄榄型"结构。因此,扩大社会中间阶层,实现"橄榄型"的社会阶层结构对构建社会主义和谐社会有重要意义。 Social class structure of the cormnunity is essential to the healthy move of the society. The harmonious structure of social strata should be two small, intermediate-big ＂olive＂ structure. Therefore, expanding die middle class, achieving ＂olive＂ structure of social strata is important to build a harmonious socialist society.
