摘 要: 人际冲突(interpersonal conflict)广泛存在于社会中,其中聚焦于团体内人际冲突(intragroup conflict)的研究在近年来成为心理学、社会学及管理学等多门学科的研究重点。本文聚焦于发生在团体(或团队)内部成员间的人际冲突,对该主题下的相关研究进行了回顾与总结,对未来的研究方向提出了建议。 Interpersonal conflict is a frequent occurrence in the society, and voluminous researches have placed the relevant analysis within group. The topic of "intragoup conflict" has been studied in the fields of psychology, sociology, management and many other important disciplines. Based on previous researches, this paper made a literature review and piloted on the trends of research on the intragroup conflict.
