摘 要: 捷克在"博洛尼亚进程"框架下对高等教育的国家管理机构、高等教育法、投入机制、学制、教学计划、高校的内部管理、高等教育的质量管理、教师和学生的流动、学位和学习时间的认定、保证学生有平等的入学机会等各方面都进行了改革,并取得成效。分析研究捷克进行的高等教育改革,对我国的高等教育改革的现实借鉴意义。 Following "Bologna Process" principles, Czech has been reforming its higher education and getting delightful results. These serial reforms have been focusing on the following: the structure and function of state administrative institutions of higher education, Higher Education Law, funding mechanism, length of schooling, teaching plan, interior administration of higher education institutions, quality management of higher education, mobility of teachers and students, recognition of academic degree and learning time, guarantee equal access to higher education for students, etc. All these reforms have an excellent and practical reference to higher education reform in China.
