摘 要: 对近年来在以下四个研究领域所取得的进展作了较为详细的评述:1.动物细胞基因工程技术和杂交瘤技术;2.新型细胞培养反应器及其监测调控技术;3.无血清培养技术;4.新型微载体研制技术及微囊化技术。并在此基础上探讨了动物细胞培养工程尚存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。 Animal cell cultivation is one of the frontiers in modern biochemical engineering. It is becoming an unique high tech industry and displays tremendous prospects for industrial development. This article provides a detailed survey of recent development in animal cell cultivation and emphasis is placed on the fields of genetic engineering and cell fusion for animal cells; novel bioreactors for animal cell cultivation and corresponding techniques for process monitoring and control; techniques for serum free cultivation; techniques for microcarriers and microencapsulation. On the basis of above mentioned survey, the existent problems and prospects for animal cell cultivation are discussed.
