摘 要: 探讨了区域供冷系统的应用条件,要有足够的地方建设制冷机房及允许敷设冷水输送管道,区域内建筑冷负荷密度及年冷负荷较大。结合工程实例,对区域供冷系统的经济性进行了分析。对于气候炎热地区的新建小区,区域供冷系统的经济性优于传统的集中式空调系统。以电制冷主机+蒸汽吸收式制冷主机作为冷源的方案的经济性优于单纯以电制冷主机作为冷源的方案。 The application conditions of district cooling system are discussed. The sufficient place is necessary to build refrigerator room, to lay the chilled water piping network, and the building cooling load density and annual cooling load have to be larger in the district. The economy of district cooling system is analyzed with an engineering example. For newly constructed residential district of hot area, the economy of district cooling system is better than that of conventional centralized air-conditioning system. The economy of the scheme using electric chiller plus steam absorption chiller is better than that the scheme using only electric chiller.
