摘 要: 通过对行星齿轮传动的运动学及力学分析,结合可靠性设计及威布尔分布理论,建立了以输入构件转速和转矩为变量的构件负载与寿命关系表达式,并基于系统可靠度的乘积定律,结合Savage M单级行星齿轮传动的可靠性模型,建立了典型的两级行星齿轮传动的可靠性模型。结合实例,研究了负载、传动比分配、太阳轮、行星轮个数等因素对传动系统可靠性的影响,通过对比分析,表明合理地配置系统参数可使传动系统获得较大的可靠度。该研究可为多级行星齿轮传动的可靠性优化设计提供指导。 Through the dynamics and mechanics analysis on planet gear transmission, combining with reliability design and Weibull distribution theory, the relationship expression between loading and life - span of inputting structural members, which takes the rotary speed and torque as variables, was set up. And then based on the product law of systematic reliability and combining with the reliability model of M. Savage single staged planet gear transmission, the reliability model of a typical two staged planet gear transmission was established. United with living examples, the affection of factors of loading, allocation of transmission ratio, sun wheel, and number of planet gears etc. on the reliability of trans- mission system was studied. By means of contrastive analysis showed that reasonably allocating the systematic parameters could let the transmission system be able to obtain rather big reliability. This study couId provide guidance for the reliability optimization design of multi - staged planet gear transmission.
