摘 要: 为了阐明薄板坯连铸连轧生产Ti微合金化钢的强化机理,通过电镜和化学相分析等实验手段对Ti含量不同的集装箱板进行了研究,结果表明,连轧前钢中尺寸为几十纳米的方形TiN粒子已基本析出,连轧及其后的低温阶段钢中形成纳米尺寸的弥散的TiC析出物,降低了Fe3C的质量分数。小于10 nm的TiC粒子是Ti微合金化钢屈服强度显著提高的主要原因。 In order to clarify strengthening mechanism of Ti micro-alloyed container strip produced by TSCR (thin slab casting and rolling) ,SEM, TEM and chemical phase analysis were used. The quadrate TiN particles about several tens nanometers are precipitated before continuous rolling. Nanometer dispersive TiC particles are formed at lower temperature,decreasing the mass fraction of pearlite and cementite. Precipitation-hardening by nanometer precipitates is responsible for strength increasing of high strength steels.
