摘 要: 本实验制备了一种新型结构的TiO2/聚合物复合粒子。采用种子溶胀法制备了苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚微球,在其表面引入功能基马来酸酐(MAH),使TiO2与MAH键合均匀沉积在微球表面并制成多孔微球。探讨了功能基团MAH对TiO2在聚合物表面复合的影响。实验发现,TiO2与MAH以化学键相连,这提高了TiO2的分散性和复合的稳定性。当微球功能基MAH含量为15%时,可以得到TiO2以30~80nm均匀分散的复合微球。复合后的TiO2粒子具有优良的紫外吸收能力。最后,讨论了该复合粒子在化妆品中的应用。 This study presents a different titania(TiO2)/polymer composite where TiO2 were deposited uniformly onto surface functional porous polymer microspheres. The effect of the functional groups on the deposite of TiO2 was discussed. It was found that the dispersibility and stability of TiO2 on mierosphere were improved due to chemical bond connected between TiO2 to MAH. The composite microsphere which TiO2 dispersed uniformly with 30-80nm diameter was prepared when there was 15% MAH as functional group in this experiment and it showed excellent UV adsorbtion performance. Subsequently, the application of the composite microsphere in cosmetic was discussed.
