水溶性MIM粘结剂组分相容性的预测方法

摘  要: 理想的水溶性MIM粘结剂主体应由低分子水溶性物质与不溶于水的高分子化合物组成,且要求组元之间具有良好的相容性。论文在对粘结剂组分间混合本质分析的基础上,提出使用溶度参数δ和混合热力学函数ΔG来评价组分之间的相容性,并以具有代表性的PEG、PM-MA、POM、PS及多元醇为对象,进行了各物质溶度参数以及组分间的混合热力学参数计算与分析,进而通过混合试验对计算分析结果进行验证。结果表明,当|δA-δB|<1.5以及ΔG<0时,组分A,B间具有热力学相容性,这与混合试验结果一致,说明可以使用δ和ΔG来评价组分之间的相容性。结果还表明,当|δA-Bδ|与1.5或ΔG与0之间的偏差不大时,组分间可能具有工艺相容性,对此体系,利用混合试验进一步直观考察是必要的;此外,高分子的相对分子质量会影响组分间的相容性,相对分子质量升高,相容性会降低。 Good consistency of ingredients is the primary requisite an ideal water-soluble'MIM binder. The solubility parameter δ and mixing thermodynamic function △G are recommended for predicting the consistency based on the nature of the mixing and δ and △G were calculated for PS,PMMA, POM and serial of polyhydric alcohol to evaluate consistency and validation was carried out by test. The results show that when |δA-δB|〈1.5 Or △G〈 0, the ingredients A and B can form a compound with homogeneous phase structure,as confirmed by the mixing tests and δ or △G is reliable for measuring the consistency of organic binders. The results also indicated that when the deviation between |δA-δB| and 1.5, or △G and zero is not obvious, the formed compound may be macrohomogeneous and it is better to examine the consistency by the mixing test;Otherwise, the molecular weight of ingredient also affects the consistency the higher the molecular weight, the worse the consistency is.
