摘　　要： 随着中国经济增长速度加快及城市化质量的不断提高,作为创新主体的人力资本对于城市化与经济增长的贡献也将日益加大。论文以江苏省13个地级市为例,试图对人力资本投资与经济增长、城市化水平之间关系进行实证研究。 With the acceleration of economic growth and improvement of urbanization quality in China, as the main body of innovation, human capital makes a increasing contribute to urbanization and economic growth. Taking 13 cities of Jiangsu Province for example, the paper attempts to carry on empirical research on the relationship between investment in human capital and economic growth, the level of urbanization.
