摘 要: 以2-氯酚(2-CP)为目标污染物,研究了厌氧颗粒污泥对不同初始浓度的2-氯酚的降解性能以及镍、铜、镉三种重金属离子对2-CP厌氧降解的影响。试验结果表明,驯化后的厌氧颗粒污泥对2-CP具有良好的降解效果;不同的重金属离子对2-CP厌氧降解的影响存在差异,但就总体而言,除低浓度的镍离子对2-CP的厌氧降解具有轻微促进作用外,Ni2+、Cu2+、Cd2+对2-CP的降解均存在抑制作用。采用降解速率比评价了三种重金属离子对厌氧体系的毒性,其大小顺序为:Cu2+>Ni2+>Cd2+。此外,还引入分配系数描述了厌氧颗粒污泥对重金属离子的截留情况,发现其对三种重金属离子的截留能力为:Cu2+>Cd2+≈Ni2+,截留率均在58%以上。 Taking 2-chlorophenol as object pollutant, the degradation of 2-chlorophenol with different initial concentrations by anaerobic granular sludge, and the influence of three heavy metal ions Ni^2+ , Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ on anaerobic degradation of 2-chlorophenol were investigated. Experimental results show that 2-chlorophenol can be effectively degraded by anaerobic acclimated sludge. Different inhibitory effects of the heavy metal ions on anaerobic degradation of 2-chlorophenol are observed with the exception of low concentration Ni^2+. When the degradation rate ratio is used to evaluate their toxicity level to the anaerobic system, the metal ions are ranked in the decreasing order of Cu^2+ 〉 Ni^2+ 〉 Cd^2+ Furthermore, the partition coefficient is used to describe the rejection of the metal ions by anaerobic granular sludge. The rejection ranking is expressed as Cu^2+ 〉 Cd^2+ ≈ Ni^2+ , with all rejection rates of above 58%.
