感性控制下负载谐振式臭氧发生器供电电源的研究

摘  要: 本文对工作在感性状况下的全桥串联负载谐振式DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge)型臭氧发生器的供电电源进行了分析,通过结合电源的开关器件的通断状况和DBD电路的放电、未放电状态,得出了整个电路在感性状况下的两种不同的点火状况和不同点火状况下电路的工作模态。本文还在模态分析的基础上,推导了电路中主要电气量的显性表达式,由此对电路特性进行了探讨,并用实验对这些公式进行了验证。 The dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) circuit powered by full bridges series resonant inverter with inductive load is studied. By analyzing the on-off conditions of the power switches and the states of discharge and no discharge in DBD circuit, the two working states, the relevant working modes of whole circuit are obtained and the equations that describe these modes are deduced. Based on these equations, the expressions of the main electric parameters are derived and the regulating characteristics of the inverter are studied. By these expressions and regulating characteristics, the power supply for DBD circuit is studied in the paper. The error analysis between calculation results and experiment results are analyzed and the error analysis proves that the analytical method and the conclusion are correct.
