摘 要: 设计了一款基于单片机(MCU)控制的高性能汽车高强度气体放电灯(HID)灯电子镇流器。利用MCU实现HID灯分段启动控制、恒电流控制、恒功率控制以及各种异常状态保护。采用软开关变频控制方案使反激式变换器在额定输入工作电压下,始终处于临界导通状态,达到减小噪声和损耗并提高效率的目的。 A high-performance ballast system controlled by microcontroller unit (MCU) was designed for automotive high intensity discharge (HID) lamp. The proposed ballast using microcontroller unit achieves the controlling objectives of start up process, constant current process, constant power process and abnormal states protection step by step. In order to reduce the noise and improve the efficiency, a soft switching scheme using a variable frequency control makes the flyback DC-DC converter operating in critical conduction mode (CCM) when input vohage is typical.
