液压机速度控制技术新发展

摘  要: 液压机速度控制技术是液压机的关键技术之一,其控制精度影响产品的质量。针对液压机速度控制技术,分析综合了当前国内外相关的文献资料,阐述了其最新发展现状、存在问题、发展趋势和应用前景。液压机速度控制基本原理和控制方式保持不变,依然是通过改变进入工作液压缸的流体流量来调节速度,但调速方式、控制策略得到了新的发展。在节流调速、容积调速、容积/节流调速的基础上,出现了变频驱动容积调速及变频驱动容积调速/节流调速,并将得到广泛应用。 Control technique of hydraulic press pressing speed is one key technology of hydraulic press. Its control precision affects product quality. As for the hydraulic press's speed control, present domestic and international materials on its research and application were comprehensively analyzed to set forth the existing problem, latest trend of development and application prospect. Speed control principle and control mode of hydraulic press were not changed, that its speed was adjusted by modifying the flux of working cylinder, but the control strategy was developed. Based on the throttle speed regulation, the volumetric speed regulation and the throttle/volumetric speed regulation, varied frequency drive volume speed regulation and varied frequency drive volume speed regulation/throttle speed regulation were applied in speed control of hydraulic press, which could be extensively applied.
