摘　　要： 心理因素在人因工程和系统安全管理中的作用越来越被人因专家所重视。总结了在安全人因工程中需考虑的人的心理因素,探讨了心理因素与行为的关系,心理与人的可靠性,以及心理因素在系统安全管理中的应用。 Psychology factor is playing a more and more important role in human factor engineering and safety management of system.The main human psychology factors that should be considered are summarized,the relationship between psychology factors and behavior and human reliability is discussed and the application of psychology factors in system safety management is also described.
