摘 要: 用不同浓度的黄帚橐吾叶水浸液处理高寒草场4种常见牧草中华羊茅、大雀麦、垂穗披碱草和早熟禾后,测定了受体植物叶片内超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性,及丙二醛、可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量以及相对电导率等生理指标,旨在探讨受试植物对黄帚橐吾化感作用的生理响应。结果显示,游离脯氨酸的变化在所有处理中均达到显著或极显著差异,且明显的依赖浓度,可能与降低渗透势,保证组织在化感物质胁迫引起水势下降时细胞膨压得以维持有关。其余指标变化不同,反应出不同受体植物对相同化感胁迫的生理响应是不同的。 After treatment with a range of different eoneentrations of aqueous extraets from leaves of Ligularia virgaurea, we measured the ehanges in superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and eatalase(CAT) aetivities, together with malondialdehyde(MDA), proline and soluble sugar eontent, and relative eleetrie eonduetivity in leaves of four main pasture plants: Festuca sinensis, Bromus magnus, Elymus nutans, and Poa annua. Proline content increased in all treatments and was concentration-dependant suggestsing that proline may play role in cell osmoregulation. The activities of SOD and POD, of MDA content, of changes in relative electric conductivity, and of soluble sugars were not consistent across all treatments indicating that different species showed a range of physiological responses to the same allelopathie stress.
