摘　　要： 本文就某无碳复写纸生产企业的涂布产品出现松紧度不一的质量问题,组织有关技术力量进行分析,查找出现问题的原因。分析从压光机操作时两边加压要不一致才能相对容易控制半成品的松紧度的现象入手,发现引起压光辊操作不正常的根本原因是两个上下冷缸的冷却水进水不合理。通过调整冷却缸的进水方向,最终解决了涂布半成品两边松紧不一的质量问题。 In this paper the reasons why there are density differences among paper productions were discussed by professional analysis. The search began wi coated paper in some carbonless copy th the situation that it was easy to control the density of semi-manufactured product when the pressures pressed on calendar＇s two sides were different. It was found that the main factor influences the unreasonable operation of the calendar was due to the unreasonable inletting of cooling water through the two up and down cooling cylinders. Finally the density differences problem for semi-manufactured coated paper was resolved by adjusting the inlet water＇ direction of cooling cylinder.
