摘 要: 目的探讨牛磺酸复合液对运动性疲劳大鼠心肌线粒体ATP酶及Ca2+、Mg2+含量的影响。方法以运动性疲劳大鼠为模型,测定心肌线粒体Ca2+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶的活性以及Ca2+、Mg2+含量。结果补充"牛磺酸复合液"组大鼠心肌线粒体Ca2+-ATP酶活性、Mg2+-ATP酶活性和Mg2+含量显著增加(P<0.05)、Ca2+含量显著降低(P<0.05),且效果优于"丙酮酸-肌酸",但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牛磺酸复合液具有保护运动性疲劳大鼠心肌线粒体的作用。 Objective To explore the effects of complex liquid of taurine on myocardial mitochondrial ATP enzyme, Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ levels in sports fatigue rat models. Methods Treatment with complex liquid of taurine in swimming training - induced fatigue rat models, the activities of myocardial mitochondrial Ca^2+ - ATP, Mg^2+ - ATP and the contents of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ were monitored. Results Compared with the control group, the training group ingested complex liquid of taurine had the significantly increased myocardial mitochondrial activity Ca^2+ - ATP, Mg^2+ ATP enzyme (P〈0.05) and Ca^2+ content (P〈 0.05), which was better than the group of pyruvic acid also, but not reached statistical significance (P 〉0.05). Conclusions The complex liquid of taurine shows the protective effect on myocardial mitochondria in sports fatigue rat models.
