减水剂对水泥水化行为的影响

摘  要: 研究了木素磺酸钙(calcium lignosulfonate,CLS)、氨基磺酸高效减水剂(amino-sulfonic based superplasticizer,ASP)、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde,FDN)和三聚氰胺脲醛树脂(sulfonated melamine urea formaldehyde resin,SMUF)4种减水剂对水泥水化行为的影响。结果表明:随着CLS和ASP掺量(质量分数)的增加,水泥水化温峰出现的时间延迟,温峰值降低,达到稳定水化程度所需的时间增加。FDN和SMUF则对水化温峰值、温峰出现和达到稳定水化程度所需的时间影响不大。4种减水剂均可提高水泥水化初始期的水化速率和延长诱导期。FDN对初始期水化速率的提高作用最强,当FDN的掺量为0.6%时,第一水化速率峰为60kJ/(kg·h),而空白样仅为12kJ/(kg·h)。水化初始期后,CLS可以显著延长水化诱导期和降低其第二水化速率峰值,当CLS的掺量从0增加到0.6%时,水泥水化诱导期由11h延长到40h,第二水化速率峰由49.8kJ/(kg·h)降低到29.5kJ/(kg·h)。而ASP的掺量为0.6%时,则水泥水化诱导期由7h延长到29h,但不降低第二水化速率峰值。FDN对第二水化速率峰的出现有轻微的延迟作用,SMUF也可延迟第二水化速率峰的出现,却一定程度提高了第二水化速率峰值。减水剂对水泥颗粒的分散作用和对水化产物生成的影响是其对水化行为影响的主要原因。 The effects of four water reducers: calcium lignosulfonate (CLS), amino-sulfonic based superplasticizer (ASP), sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde (FDN) and sulfonated melamine urea formaldehyde resin (SMUF) on the hydration behavior of portland cement were researched. The results show that, with the increase of CLS and ASP, the peak hydration temperature of cement was reduced and the age required to reach the peak temperature and maximum hydration degree was delayed. FDN and SMUF had little impact on the peak hydration temperature and the age required reaching the peak temperature and maximum hydration degree. The hydration rate during the hydration starting period is accelerated and the hydration induction period is extended by the four water reducers. FDN promotes initial hydration best and increases the first hydration peak rate from 12--60 kJ/(kg.h) at dosages from (k-- 0.6% during the hydration starting period. Because CLS increases the length of the induction period and greatly reduces the second hydration rate peak of cement paste. With the dosage of CLS from 0-0.6%, the hydration induction period of cement paste is extended from 11-40 h, and the second hydration rate peak is reduced from 49.8-29.5 k J/(kg.h). The induction period is also extended by ASP from 7-29 h at a dosage of 0.6%, but the second hydration rate peak does not reduced. With the addition of FDN and SMUF, the induction period is slightly extended. This effect on the hydration behavior of cement in plasticizer is favorable for improving the dispersive action of cement and affecting the hydration products.
