摘 要: 将FPGA应用于已研制的步进电机单步进给特性测试系统中,实现了以往由单片机完成的信号细分、辨向、计数、串口通讯以及数据读写等功能,进一步提高了测试系统的可靠性和测量精度。对测试系统的结构、工作原理和主要软件模块的设计进行了较为详细的叙述。 Applying FPGA to the stepping motor single-step motion characteristic testing system which has been maunfactta'ed, realizes the function of signal subdivision, direction discrimination, counter, serial communication, data reading and writing, which used to be completed by MCU, so as to improve the reliability and measuring precision of testing system. The structure, principle of the testing system and the design of major software module are described in detail.
