高压微波辐射催化合成苯乙酸乙酯

摘  要: 以苯乙酸和乙醇为原料,高纯氧化钕(99.0%)为催化剂,利用高压微波辐射技术合成了苯乙酸乙酯。考察了各因素对酯化反应的影响,确定的适宜反应条件是:当苯乙酸用量为0.1mol时,催化剂用量为1.2g,n(苯乙酸)∶n(乙醇)=4.0∶1,微波功率为425W,辐射时间8.0min,酯化率可达92%以上。催化剂重复使用6次仍可保持较高活性。所得产品用折射率、红外光谱等手段进行了表征。 Ethyl phenylacetate was synthesized based on phenylacetic acid and ethanol via the technique of high pressure microwave irradiation and Nd2O3 (purity is 99.0% ) as catalyst. Influences of different factors on the rate of esterification were discussed. The experimental results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were established as follows: when the amount of phenylacetic acid was 0. 1 mol, the dosage of catalyst was 1.2g, the molar ratio of ethanol to phenylacetie acid was 1: 4, the power of microwave was 425W, the irradiation time was 8.0min. Under the above-mentioned conditions, the rate of esterification was over 92%. The catalyst could keep high activity after reuse for six times. The product was characterized by refractive index and IR.
