摘　　要： 健康城市运动在欧洲已经开展了近20年,在国内也有数座城市参与其中,但由于国外健康城市的相关理论研究成果极为丰富,结构体系庞杂,造成对其理解上的困难。本文就健康城市运动与可持续发展的关系进行了探讨,指出健康城市运动是可持续发展在城市规划层面的实践途径,可持续发展是健康城市运动的重要理论基础。 Accumulated in about 20 years＇ process of development, the theoretical achievements in the realm of Healthy City movement are so prolific. Nevertheless, for the lack of integration, they also embody some kind of complexity. Based on the relationship between the health promotion and sustainable development, this paper explains that healthy city movement is the practice of sustainable development in city planning, and sustainable development is the theory foundation of the healthy city movement.
