摘　　要： 企业作为一国经济发展中重要的微观主体,企业的可持续发展不应只是企业自身的可持续成长,更应与社会的可持续发展保持一致,但如何判别企业发展的广义可持续性仍然是一个亟待研究和解决的重要问题。本文从广义层面研究企业可持续发展问题,在剖析可持续发展机制的基础上,建立了定量描述企业系统发展态势的广义可持续发展度模型,探讨了评价指标的综合集成方法,并给出了企业广义可持续发展的判据。 As a key economic development of the main microcosmic, the sustainable development of enterprise should not only their own sustainable growth, but should remain consistent with the sustainable development of society, but how to make definition of generalized sustainable development of Enterprise is still a problem. This paper studies sustainable development of enterprises throw the broad dimensions, In analyzing the basis of the mechanism for sustainable development, Establish a quantitative description of the generalized sustainable development model, discussion of the integrated evaluation methods, and give the criterion of generalized sustainable development for enterprise.
