摘 要: 用化学镀法,甲醛为还原剂,制备Fe3O4/Ag包覆复合粉体。用XRD、SEM和EDX对粉体进行表征。用重法测定粉体的抗氧化性能,并研究了AgNO3用量对Fe3O4/Ag包覆复合粉体的导电性能的影响。结果表明,用该法制备的Fe3O4/Ag包覆复合粉体能够实现表面银层包覆完整;Fe3O4粉镀银后的抗氧化性能得到一定程度的提高;AgNO3用量越多,Fe3O4/Ag包覆复合粉体的导电性能越好。 Fe3O4/Ag coated composite powder was prepared by using electroless plating method. Formaldehyde was used as reducer. The powder was characterized by XRD, SEM and EDX. Anti-oxidation of it was tested by TG. And the influence of AgNO3 mount on conductibility of Fe3O4/Ag coated composite powder was investigated. The results show that this method can prepare the integrative silver coating for Fe3O4/Ag coated composite powders. Oxidation resistance of Fe3O4 powders after being coated with silver was improved at a certain extent. Conductibility of Fe3O4/Ag coated composite powder was better with the increase of AgNO3 mount.
