摘　　要： 工程保险作为财产保险的一种,在保险利益方面与普通财产保险相似,但有其特殊性。被保险人的保险利益来源于建筑工程合同,建筑施工过程中涉及到的工程所有人、承包商、设计者等均具有法律上认可的保险利益,各关系方的保险利益是围绕建筑工程总保险利益的分散体现,因此,工程保险的被保险人是由各关系方构成的共同被保险人,是工程保险利益特殊性的一种表现形式。 Construction insurance, as a kind of property insurance, is quite similar to ordinary property insurance in terms of insurance benefits except for its uniqueness.
