摘 要: 槟榔果中有多种生理活性物质,综述了槟榔果中活性物质的功能,正、负生理效应,提取分离方法以及功能性食品的应用前景。 There are many biological active materials in areca fruits. The research on function, positive and negative physiological effect, withdraws the separation method and function food application prospect of biological active materials from areca nut are summarized in this thesis.
