摘　　要： 企业竞争力是企业理论研究的焦点问题。中国民营企业对外投资的发展无疑可以提升自身竞争力,但是在此过程中需要选择合适的投资战略,以期有效实现增强企业竞争力的目标。 The competitiveness of enterprise is a core topic for enterprise theory studying. The development of intemational investment from the private - owned enterprises in China will surely improve the competitiveness of these enterprises. However, it is required to select proper investment strategy to carry out the task effectively during this course.
