摘　　要： 作者依据冷挤压和冷镦加工的特点,对口部带凸缘的管类零件形状、尺寸、变形程度进行了工艺分析,又根据选用的毛坯性能、形状、尺寸,介绍了不同情况下适合于冷挤压成形的工艺方案,并分析了存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。 Based on the character of the extrusion working and the category of the extrusion forming , the shape,the dimension and the deformation degree of the tubular component with oral part having flange are analyzed. The more feasible extrusion forming method~ are introduced, through selecting different blank required by extrusion technology in different situation. Moreover, the corresponding mend measures are advanced through analyzing the existing questions.
