摘 要: 以稻壳灰经硫酸活化处理后,对废煎炸油进行脱色研究,探讨了酸化稻壳灰用量、脱色温度、脱色时间及搅拌速度等因素对脱色效果的影响,并与活性白土吸附法进行对比。结果表明,用酸化稻壳灰进行油脂脱色,其最佳吸附条件为:酸化稻壳灰用量7%;脱色温度80℃;脱色时间15~20min。 The activated rice hull ash adsorbent was prepared form rice hull ash processed with sulfuric acid. The waste frying oils were decolorized by the adsorbent and the influencing factors of bleaching conditions were discussed, The factors include adsorbent ' dosage, bleaching temperature, time and rotating speed, After groping, the best bleaching condition was obtained; activated rice hull ash' s dosage 5%, bleaching temperature1 80℃, bleaching time 25min.
