薄荷提取物的抗氧化性研究

摘  要: [目的]探究薄荷不同溶剂提取物对羟基自由基的抗氧化活性(即自由基的清除作用)。[方法]采用超声波提取法,分别以蒸馏水、50%乙醇和95%乙醇为溶剂,在40℃条件下提取30 min,获得了薄荷的不同溶剂提取物,并以邻二氮菲氧化法比较了不同溶剂提取物对体系产生的羟基自由基的清除作用,并研究随时间延长羟基自由基清除速率的变化情况。[结果]结果表明,随着提取液浓度的增大,羟基自由基清除率升高,并且随时间延长,3种提取液对羟基自由基清除率均呈下降趋势。[结论]该研究为探索或寻找安全性更高的天然抗氧化物质提供了依据。 [ Objective] The aim of the research was to investigate the antioxidative activity of different solvent extracts of Mentha haplocalyx Brlq on hydroxyl radicals(namely, free radical scavenging effect ). [Method] With distilled water, 50% ethanol and 95% ethanol as solvents resp., different solvent extracts of M. haplocalyx were obtained after extraction for 30 min at the temperature of 40 ℃ by using ultrasonic extraction method. The scavenging effects of different solvent extracts on hydroxyl radicals produced by the system were compared by phenanthroline oxidation method, and change conditions of scavenging rate of hydroxyl radicals with the prolonging of time were studied. [ Result] The results showed that the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radicals were increased with the augment of extraction liquid concentration and the scavenging rates of 3 kinds of extraction liquids on hydroxyl radicals all showed decreasing trends with the prolonging of time. [Conclusion] The research provided basis for discussing or seeking natural antioxidants with higher security.
