摘 要: 介绍了装入量为125t的复吹转炉的氧枪喷头参数设计、水模型实验及生产试验情况。研究结果表明:优化设计的5孔氧枪的供氧能力明显增强,且吹炼过程平稳,成渣快,喷溅少。可以满足转炉扩装后的冶炼操作。 The present paper describes the parameter design, water model test and production test of the oxygen lance nozzle for the 125 t top-bottom combined blown converter. Results show that the oxygen supply capacity for the optimized 5-hole oxygen lance is prominently increased and the oxygen blowing process goes on smoothly with fast formation of slag and less splashing. Therefore the optimized lance nozzle can basically meet requirements of the refining operation after the volume expansion of the converter.
